Sales Specialist, AWS End User Computing

Description

AWS is seeking an enterprise technical sales representative to help grow customer adoption of our End User Computing (EUC) on AWS services and solutions. As the AWS EUC Services Specialized Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of AWS solutions for Amazon WorkSpaces, AppStream, and other EUC workloads across our most strategic existing and new customers. You’ll be responsible for the EUC sales motion, which includes: identifying EUC customers & opportunities, qualifying & building pipeline, driving EUC solution discussions with customers, partnering with Solution Architects to validate technical use cases, guiding customer implementation, and managing the overall sales cycle and business goals. Establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and managing interactions with stakeholders, you will drive revenue growth and customer adoption.

Key responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory.
  2. Meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
  3. Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan.
  4. Create business cases and financial justifications to earn customer trust and position AWS offerings as solutions to their key business requirements.
  5. Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS EUC services to customers and enable AWS generalist sellers.
  6. Manage the end-to-end sales process with resources like Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
  7. Maintain a sales pipeline using automation tools and best practices.
  8. Collaborate with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  9. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Expect moderate travel.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
  • Experience in positioning and selling technology to new customers and market segments.
  • Ability to grow customer relationships and understand customer business.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity in a matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling DaaS, VDI, or application virtualization.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-suite and communicate effectively.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies.
  • Track record of creating demand and building sustainable business.
  • Managing large enterprise accounts across regions.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
