The Role

We’re seeking an ambitious, high-performing Sales Specialist to join our expanding U.S. team. This is a fully remote role with national reach, targeting mid-market and enterprise financial institutions.

As a key member of the commercial team, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across our SaaS product suite — including employee compliance, personal trading surveillance, and risk analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle SaaS sales from lead generation to close
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients in the financial services sector
  • Articulate complex regulatory technology solutions to senior decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales performance
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity in the RegTech space

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (RegTech, FinTech, or compliance solutions)
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance needs of financial institutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the discipline to thrive in a fully remote environment
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
