The Schwartz Agency is hiring driven individuals ready to start their journey in the life insurance and financial services industry.

We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed—with full training, flexible hours, and industry-best compensation. No cold calling.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run our lead driven sales strategy - No Cold Calling!
  • Conduct consultations and recommend tailored life insurance solutions
  • Present products confidently (virtual or in-person)
  • Build client relationships and manage your own book of business
  • Get licensed (we’ll support you every step of the way)

What You Bring:

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
  • Willingness to get licensed (we help with this!)
