You will build a personal sales pipeline through referrals and partnerships, and collaborate with install and service teams to deliver a seamless, 100% satisfaction experience from first call to final walkthrough.

What You'll Do

• Build a reputation customers trust — through referrals, follow-up, and a consultative approach that prioritizes long-term satisfaction over the one-time sale.
• Generate your own pipeline by proactively developing relationships with prospective customers and referral partners.
• Partner closely with our install and service teams to deliver a seamless, 100% satisfaction experience from first call to final walkthrough.
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest HVAC systems, IAQ technology, and industry trends so you're always offering customers the best available options.

What You Bring

• Prior HVAC sales experience required — a proven track record selling HVAC systems, indoor air quality products, or related home comfort services directly to consumers.
• Strong selling and business-development skills, with the ability to generate your own opportunities.
• A natural ability to build rapport and translate customer concerns into the right solution.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Physical readiness for the job: climbing ladders and attic stairs, and maneuvering through attics, basements, and crawl spaces to assess systems and take measurements.
