Powerhouse Financial Group is seeking driven, coachable individuals to build a career in financial services and help families protect their financial future. You can start with little to no insurance experience, as we provide training and mentorship to help you grow.

This opportunity is 100% remote, with uncapped commission potential and incentive opportunities. You'll receive comprehensive training, one-on-one coaching, licensing assistance, and ongoing leadership development to build your own

Qualificações

• No insurance experience required; company provides training and support.
• Open to recent graduates, early-career professionals, or career changers.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership, athletics, or other people-focused roles can be a strong foundation.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with individuals and families who requested information by phone or Zoom.
• Conduct financial protection consultations by phone and Zoom.
• Learn client needs and present suitable solutions.
• Build and manage your own book of business.
• Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills.
• Build and manage your client pipeline and relationships.
• Licensing assistance and training support are provided.
