This role serves as a brand ambassador, building meaningful relationships with customers while driving sales and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, identifying their needs, providing personalized styling recommendations, and offering expert product knowledge to create a memorable shopping experience. The Sales Specialist proactively builds a loyal client base through outreach, follow-up communication, and exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, trends, and customer service, with the ability to achieve individual and team sales goals. Responsibilities also include maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring merchandise is properly presented, replenished, and organized, and assisting with inventory management, stockroom organization, and loss prevention procedures.
