Job summary

Blinds To Go is looking for talented individuals to join our team of showroom Design Consultants in New York. This full-time position guarantees 40 hours per week and offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with weekly pay.

You'll support clients from the ideation phase to the completion of their decor projects, providing custom window treatment solutions. We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits after one month, along with holidays and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Experience with home decor projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
