Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking a Sales Specialist to help clients understand life insurance options, including Living Benefit Life Insurance, with access to 25+ carriers. You will connect with prospects, consult on needs, and guide clients through the application process.

This role is 100% commission-based, with monthly bonuses and residual income on client anniversaries. Remote work is supported, and licensing is encouraged if not already held.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work remotely.

About The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will help clients understand their life insurance options, including a revolutionary form of Life Insurance called Living Benefit Life Insurance. We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers, giving you a wide range of products to offer your clients.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through our marketing and lead platform
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and goals
• Present life insurance and financial protection options
• Help clients through the application process
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with clients and prospective clients
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow compliance guidelines
