Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Sales and Service Specialist in Budd Lake, NJ. You will help customers keep their vehicles running safely while developing skills for a long-term career with Bridgestone Retail Operations.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement across 2,200+ locations. You will join a team that values growth, teamwork, and superior service, with a pay range of $18.40 to $27.49 per hour and a commitment to fair

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical/educational training.
• Previous retail sales experience.
• Previous automotive experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
