Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Sales and Service Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while growing your retail career. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities across our network of over 2,200 locations.

You'll learn operations, product knowledge, and customer service excellence. Bridgestone provides competitive pay and benefits with pathways to leadership as you develop professionally.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of development.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical/educational training
• Previous retail sales experience
• Previous automotive experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
