Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist at a Lucid Studio, you will guide customers through their journey with Lucid, from sales and transaction facilitation to successful delivery. This role is key to providing a seamless, personalized customer experience. Success in this role requires achievement orientation, goal focus, and exceptional relational skills.

Customer Engagement Responsibilities
  • Assess customer needs through personalized interactions.
  • Leverage product knowledge to offer tailored solutions.
  • Understand competitor models, pricing, and packages to educate customers.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct test drives and articulate key selling points.
  • Deliver memorable sales experiences.
Transaction Facilitation
  • Manage end-to-end order to delivery processes, including financing and leasing applications.
  • Guide customers through vehicle ordering and financial processes.
  • Handle registration and payment facilitation.
  • Coordinate with financial and delivery teams.
  • Support daily operations as needed.
Communication & Presentation
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication prior to delivery.
  • Employ active listening to provide helpful solutions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive retail.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Proven sales achievement record.
  • Passion for electric and premium vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Understanding of automotive market and financial principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to facilitate test drives and travel for events.
  • Proficiency in English; secondary languages are a plus.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $28—$39 USD. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, vacation, 401k, and potential equity or incentive programs.
