About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6–9 month contract. This role is crucial to scaling Apollo.io’s Sales, Revenue, and Success organizations by identifying and engaging top-tier sales talent.

Your primary goal will be to create enough top-of-funnel activity to drive 15–20 recruiter screens per week for our team of Recruiters, focused primarily on hiring quota-carrying sales roles.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage passive and active candidates for quota-carrying sales roles (e.g., Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Managers) using a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn Lite, Apollo.io, GEM AI, and other sourcing tools.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet weekly funnel goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on search strategies, profiles, and hiring priorities.
  • Candidate Engagement: Write compelling outreach campaigns and maintain proactive communication with prospects to ensure a high candidate response rate.
  • Market Research: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor insights, and talent movement within the sales hiring landscape.
  • ATS Management: Accurately track outreach, pipeline stages, and candidate information in Greenhouse.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
  • Sales Recruiting: Demonstrated success sourcing quota-carrying sales talent at scale.
  • Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo.io, and Greenhouse.
  • Goal Orientation: Comfortable working toward aggressive weekly targets for recruiter screens and top-of-funnel pipeline metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage passive candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles and sourcing projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with shifting priorities.
