Job description

At CallRail, we empower businesses and marketing agencies to make smarter marketing decisions through intuitive, real-time call tracking and analytics. As we continue to expand our product offerings, we’re introducing a groundbreaking AI product designed to enhance our customers’ ability to drive revenue and improve customer experiences. We’re looking for a strategic, customer-centric Sales Solutions Specialist to lead the charge in implementing this innovative solution.

As a Sales Solutions Specialist for the Agency team, you’ll play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and adoption of CallRail’s new AI product across our customer base and through our marketing agency partners. You will act as the strategic advisor and technical expert during onboarding, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless integration and long-term success for our clients.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and customer-facing representative for onboarding customers to our new AI voice assistant product, guiding them through successful implementation as account executives escalate.
  • Drive adoption and retention by articulating the value of the AI voice assistant product to customers, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers achieve measurable outcomes that reinforce continued use.
  • Partner with account executives and account managers to understand client and agency objectives and tailor solutions that align with business goals and seamlessly continue value-selling conversations.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to map out customer needs, workflows, and integration requirements.
  • Lead advanced technical configuration and troubleshooting, supporting call flow design, integration setup, and AI behavior and performance validation during customer calls.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on technical blockers and inform future enhancements.
  • Develop strategic implementation plans to scale the onboarding process.
  • Proactively identify risks and roadblocks during implementation and drive resolution with internal teams.
  • Monitor performance and adoption post-launch, ensuring customers and agencies are realizing value and meeting success metrics.
What You'll Need
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Implementation, or Customer Success role, ideally with SaaS or AI/ML products.
  • A strong blend of technical acumen and business strategy — able to translate complex features into customer value.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies to implement martech solutions for their clients
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and driving adoption of new technology.
  • Experience in consultative, value-driven sales, building trusted advisor relationships to drive adoption and ensure long-term customer satisfaction with technical solutions.
  • Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and demonstrating measurable ROI to reinforce product value and expand customer engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and a focus on delivering value.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a passion for innovation and customer success.
Nice to Have:
  • Background in AI, NLP, or data analytics solutions.
  • Experience in the martech or call analytics industry.
  • Experience working with or selling to digital marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with marketing agencies to implement martech solutions for their clients

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

  • Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage

  • $2,000 annual educational allowance
  • Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
  • MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered
