Responsibilities include processing loans, negotiating terms on pawned items, and leading store openings and closings while coaching team members. Strong leadership and a customer service mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items is a plus.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual preferred.

Our Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) position offers competitive pay based on experience with an opportunity to quickly increase your pay and position! Complete the initial 5-week paid training program and earn a $.50 raise and transition to Lead Pawnbroker upon completion of the program.

• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
