Shift Lead-Sales (Full-Time)

$15–$16/hour (based on experience)

Bethel Bakery, a beloved, family-owned bakery since 1955, is looking for a friendly and dependable Shift Lead to join our team. If you love providing great customer service and leading by example in a fun, fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome every customer with a smile and exceptional service
• Lead and support Sales Associates during your shift
• Keep displays clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Handle cash and credit transactions using our POS system
• Complete opening/closing tasks, including brewing coffee, tagging items, and securing the store

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience (leadership a plus!)
• Great communication, math, and multitasking skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stay active during shifts
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail

Schedule:

• Full-Time (40 hrs./week); 5 days/week (Mon–Sat, with one weekday off)
• Rotating 8-hour shifts (opening and closing)
• No late nights – we close by 6 p.m.
• Closed Sundays and major holidays
