Nirvana Cannabis is seeking a Sales Shift Lead to guide the sales team, ensure compliance, and keep the dispensary running smoothly during shifts. You will coach teammates, manage cash, schedule breaks, and uphold exceptional customer experiences while meeting state regulations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of cannabis retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must meet all state requirements for cannabis industry employment.

As a Sales Shift Lead, you'll help keep our dispensary running smoothly during your assigned shifts. You'll guide the sales team through busy days, ensure compliance with state and company regulations, and step in wherever needed to maintain efficient operations. From supporting team members to ensuring every customer leaves satisfied, you'll serve as both a leader and a hands-on contributor.

On a typical day, you might:
