Bridgestone Americas in Cedar Rapids area is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST), a hybrid role designed as a key pipeline for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will serve customers by assessing needs, recommending products and services, and performing entry‑level vehicle services to ensure satisfaction.

Successful teammates learn all store operations and flex between front‑end service and basic vehicle service tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
