This is a full-time position requiring weekend and evening hours, with a competitive hourly rate plus an annual bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Dyson customer products such as vacuums, fans, air purifiers, and hair dryers.
Manage parts usage and inventory as required.
Communicate product information to promote cross-selling and drive revenue.
Input customer sales data into Dyson POS systems for efficient order processing.
Submit regular reports on products and customers serviced; complete other reporting as needed.
Ensure all activities align with Dyson service standards and communicate effectively within the team.
Assist the Service Team with escalated repairs.
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service and/or sales roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills for product faults; basic electrical and mechanical knowledge preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong presentation skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); SharePoint experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
You must be at least 18 years old.
