We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Twinsburg, OH.

Job Overview

The Service Technician is an integral part of the customer journey post-installation. They partner with customers to inspect and service pre-existing foundation repair and water management solutions, and support them with additional solutions options.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute appointments scheduled with customers
• Travel to customers’ homes as assigned
• Build long-term relationships and represent the company professionally
• Recommend additional products and services to enhance or remedy original installation
• Perform annual maintenance visits and reactive service appointments
• Install additional products purchased by customers when required
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures
• Determine potential warranty or non-warranty work on installed solutions
• Communicate job status and submit documentation to Service Manager and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience preferred (not required)
• Construction / Home Improvement experience preferred
• Proven customer relations experience preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license
