Job summary

Arrow Rock Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager Supervisor in Slidell, Louisiana. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of rebar detailing experience or construction project management.
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Ability to travel to job sites on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailing services and oversee administrative support.
• Assist in driving sales and profitability of the Sales Service Team.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure clarity in pricing, scheduling, and scope.
• Evaluate and manage commercial risks in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
• Mentor and coach Sales Service Team members.
