Sales Service Representative (SSR) - Hazleton, PA

Responsible for maximizing sales, customer satisfaction, and supporting other sales team members to ensure sales targets are met. Duties include all sales-related activities for the service center, area distributors, and regional sales, service, and inside sales representatives.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Actively generate additional sales and services through daily routes within the designated territory.
  2. Develop new customers.
  3. Maximize potential business with existing customers by promoting tooling and servicing of tools.
  4. Promote special programs and sales promotions to customers.
  5. Support and train new sales team members as required.
  6. Participate in industry association functions and maintain relationships with industry suppliers.
  7. Report on current competitive activities and assist in developing marketing strategies.
  8. Maintain accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
  9. Process necessary paperwork using company systems.
  10. Communicate effectively with customers and sales personnel.
  11. Operate delivery vehicle safely, courteously, and efficiently.
