Lou Fusz Mazda in Creve Coeur is seeking a Sales & Service Porter to help keep vehicles and facilities organized while supporting both Sales and Service. This is an entry-level, union-position role offering hands-on preparation and movement of vehicles.

Greet customers, shuttle vehicles, and assist with lot organization and presentation. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in the automotive industry and eager to grow within a family-owned dealership network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active.
• Strong customer service and dependable attendance are essential.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service drive.
• Keep inventory clean and presentation-ready.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles after service.
• Shuttle vehicles between departments or locations as needed.
• Deliver vehicles to customers when requested.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dealership facility.
• Follow safety policies and dealership procedures.

Position Summary

The Sales & Service Porter at Lou Fusz Mazda in Creve Coeur plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of dealership vehicles and facilities while assisting both the Sales and Service Departments with the movement, preparation, and organization of vehicles. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the automotive industry. This is a union position governed by the Automotive, Petroleum and Allied Industries Employees Union, Local 618

• Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles after service.

• Fuel vehicles as needed.Install license plates, stock tags, and other vehicle accessories as directed.
• Perform daily inspections of the lot for cleanliness and organization.
• Assist Sales and Service teams with miscellaneous tasks to support daily operations.
• Follow all safety policies and dealership procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance.Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help wherever needed.
