Job summary

Lou Fusz Mazda in Creve Coeur is seeking an entry-level Sales & Service Porter to support both the Sales and Service departments by moving and presenting vehicles, keeping areas clean, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This union position offers on-site work, training opportunities, and room for advancement within the Lou Fusz Automotive Network as you begin a career in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred but not required.
• Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to help wherever needed.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership lot and service drive.
• Keep new and pre-owned inventory clean and presentation-ready.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles after service.
• Assist with dealership lot organization and vehicle placement.
• Shuttle vehicles between departments or dealership locations as needed.
• Deliver vehicles to customers when requested.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dealership facility.
• Fuel vehicles as needed.
• Install license plates, stock tags, and other vehicle accessories as directed.
• Perform daily inspections of the lot for cleanliness and organization.
• Assist Sales and Service teams with miscellaneous tasks to support daily operations.
• Follow all safety policies and dealership procedures.

Position Summary

The Sales & Service Porter at Lou Fusz Mazda in Creve Coeur plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of dealership vehicles and facilities while assisting both the Sales and Service Departments with the movement, preparation, and organization of vehicles.
