The Sales & Service Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing Alo’s business and guest experience strategies. This role requires a passion for sales, guest experience, and talent development, with a focus on ensuring exceptional guest service. The role involves active movement within the store, including sales floor and back of house, and taking initiative to maintain a clean, safe, inviting, and efficient environment.
Full-time schedule requiring availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts, including during holiday seasons. Perks include employee discounts, fitness memberships, health plans, 401K, incentives, clothing allowance, and free yoga classes. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with potential bonuses and additional benefits.
