OVERVIEW

The Sales & Service Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing Alo’s business and guest experience strategies. This role requires a passion for sales, guest experience, and talent development, with a focus on ensuring exceptional guest service. The role involves active movement within the store, including sales floor and back of house, and taking initiative to maintain a clean, safe, inviting, and efficient environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Service Leadership: Investigate sales opportunities, partner with the General Manager to address process gaps, oversee the sales and service team to deliver excellent guest experiences, build client relationships, and develop sales strategies.
  2. Business Leadership: Represent the business in meetings, monitor and manage budgets and metrics, and plan for future business needs.
  3. People Leadership: Lead the team through coaching, development, and communication; establish internal and external talent pipelines; create effective schedules.
  4. Business Partnering: Execute the sales and service model, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to change
  • Strong work ethic, time management, and accountability
  • Physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, and to stand and move throughout shifts
  • Alignment with Alo’s guiding principles
Schedule & Benefits

Full-time schedule requiring availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts, including during holiday seasons. Perks include employee discounts, fitness memberships, health plans, 401K, incentives, clothing allowance, and free yoga classes. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with potential bonuses and additional benefits.
