SALES / SERVICE LOT MANAGER

O'Steen Acura & O'Steen Volvo Cars of Athens is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands‑on Sales / Service Lot Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of our Sales and Service departments.

This is a fast‑paced position for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, notices what needs to be done, and isn’t afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Sales / Service Lot Manager, you’ll help keep vehicle movement and lot operations running smoothly across both dealerships.

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicles are organized, properly staged, easy to locate, and ready when they’re needed.

This is a hands‑on role. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, manage changing priorities, and keep things moving throughout the day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lot & Vehicle Operations

• Maintain an organized and professional appearance throughout the Sales and Service lots.
• Coordinate the movement and placement of vehicles across dealership property.
• Stage vehicles as needed for Sales and Service operations.
• Assist team members with locating and moving vehicles.
• Help receive and organize incoming vehicle inventory.
• Monitor vehicle placement and help ensure inventory is easily accessible.
• Assist with maintaining orderly customer parking and vehicle areas.
• Work closely with Sales, Service, and dealership management to support daily vehicle needs.
• Safely operate and move a variety of customer and dealership vehicles.
• Perform additional lot and operational duties as needed.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Required / Preferred Experience:

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with dealership employees and management.
• Comfortable working outdoors and remaining active throughout the workday.
• Previous automotive dealership or lot experience preferred.
