OVERVIEW

The Sales & Service Lead is essential to elevating the guest experience at Alo Yoga. They will ensure the achievement of targets for engagement, guest education, and interaction, foster a service-led environment on the sales floor, and create a sanctuary that differentiates Alo from other retailers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Service Leader
  • Lead an exceptional guest experience through assessing guest connection and product education, supporting team feedback and coaching
  • Build and maintain client relationships daily
  • Analyze reports to strategize and implement action plans targeting areas for improvement and growth
  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and leading selling initiatives
Business Leader
  • Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities
  • Use business metrics to support strategies and drive results
  • Assess and fulfill business needs dynamically on the retail floor
People Leader
  • Lead by example, inspiring staff in daily operations and guest experience
  • Oversee recruitment and development of Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers
  • Provide ongoing feedback using performance tools to support individual growth
Business Partner
  • Collaborate with Community & Studio, Operations, and Visual Leads for cross-training and execution of company directives

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years experience in a client-centric sales environment
  • Proven leadership with excellent decision-making skills
  • Receptive to feedback and eager to give feedback
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to incorporate fun into work
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Aligned with Alo’s principles

Position is full-time, requiring 32-40 hours/week, with variable shifts including weekends and peak periods such as Black Friday and holiday season.
