Hilton’s Conrad Indianapolis seeks a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales team, offering a path to grow within a Fortune 500 luxury brand. You’ll support events from sale to execution, delivering memorable hospitality experiences that brighten guests’ stays and drive business success.

As a Catering & Event Sales Coordinator, you’re not just supporting events from sale to execution – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process
• Support the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution
• Coordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services
• Prepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams
• Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency
