Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers while providing excellent customer service. Partners for support and promotes programs to drive sales.
• Checkout Standards - Completes checkout processes, handles returns, and maintains signing/merchandising standards at checkouts.
• General Operations - Assists with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, and inventory processes.
• Performance Standards - Supports shrink and safety initiatives and meets role-specific performance metrics.
