Role and Compensation

The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for selling and promoting all products and services, following store standards and expectations. Compensation ranges from $48K to $85K depending on experience.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers professionally and courteously in person and on the phone.
2. Document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and identify service needs.
3. Recommend services, communicate with customers, and document recommendations.
4. Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories.
5. Provide accurate quotes, updates, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Handle cashing out, review inspections, and explain warranties.
7. Track returns, warranties, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required
• Professional appearance and process-driven work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain State Inspector License within 30 days
• Availability to work Monday - Saturday
