Big Brand Tire & Service in Porterville, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations, and sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

You will collaborate with technicians to document findings, maintain showroom standards, and build lasting relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal customers. Valid driver\u2019s license and the ability to lift 70 lbs are expected; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or related retail automotive roles.
• Strong ability to sell services and build trust.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
