Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Service Advisor to deliver world-class service and act as the liaison between customer and technician. You will recommend services and guide customers through their tire and repair options.

The position offers an hourly rate plus commission and overtime opportunities, with paid vacation and holidays, comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) match, and clear paths to management as the team grows together.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Strong customer service and transferable sales background.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Translate mechanical issues into clear recommendations to customers.
• Sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

What Makes You a Great Fit
