Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations, and sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

You will document findings, maintain showroom standards, and help keep operations smooth and safe while building lasting customer relationships. 1–3 years' automotive sales and strong communication are preferred; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services
