Big Brand Tire & Service in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Service Advisor to join a customer-focused, results-driven team. You will greet guests, translate mechanical recommendations into clear options, and help keep showroom and inventory standards.

The role targets 1–3 years in automotive service sales with strong communication and problem-solving skills; weekend availability is a plus. This position offers competitive pay with hourly rate, commissions, overtime, and growth paths into management.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you’ll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most
