Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate technician recommendations for customers, and actively market tires, wheels, repairs, and warranties. You will perform visual vehicle inspections, document findings, and build lasting relationships that convert first-time visitors into loyal customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or related field.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability including weekends.
