Job summary

Tandem Tire in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a Service Advisor to greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience. You will be the liaison between customer and technician, translating mechanical details into clear recommendations while driving service sales.

The role supports showroom and inventory standards, performs visual inspections, documents findings, and helps teammates keep operations smooth, efficient, and safe.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automotive service sales or retail automotive.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Must have valid driver\'s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities
