Millard Lumber is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Omaha team. You will assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement, while supporting contractors, builders, and homeowners.

In this role you will handle sales transactions, returns, and purchases, maintain shelves and displays, and coordinate deliveries with vendors. Prior retail/building materials experience and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Retail, hardware, lumberyard, or building materials experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
