Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is recruiting energetic individuals to become Project Managers, transitioning from retail, hospitality, and customer service backgrounds. You’ll start with a paid training program and earn base pay plus per-claim bonuses and commissions as you learn the roofing business.

In your first year, expect to target $100k–$150k in earnings, with top veterans clearing up to $500k. A team-first culture, field exposure, and long-term growth are core to this role.
