Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with W-2 benefits, where representatives typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and travel from home. Territories extend up to approximately 2 hours around the zip code. This is not door-to-door sales; consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.

This position provides excellent compensation with pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments. We offer:
