What to Expect
- Engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting
- Position and sell a portfolio of solutions, including Safety Forms & Supplies, Compliance Publications, and SaaS Safety Management Tools
- Develop a prospecting call strategy to uncover new business opportunities
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls, aiming for a one-call close
- Utilize MS Teams for video communication during meetings and internal interactions
What is Required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a phone-based or B2B sales environment
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and strong aptitude for learning new systems
- Strong communication skills, confident in presenting solutions
- Must maintain a distraction-free, private work environment
