Description
- We help protect families financially in case of critical illness or death.
- Our work is vital to the families we serve, who seek information about our programs.
- We operate in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning for various client needs.
Duties
- Follow up on leads sent into our office and schedule appointments.
- Meet with clients in person, over the phone, or via video chat to find suitable protection plans.
- Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
- Report your sales numbers to the home office.
- Participate in ongoing sales training.
- Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
- This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position.

Qualifications
- Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
- Have a cell phone and a computer/tablet with a webcam.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
