Description

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting the best brands to today’s shoppers sounds appealing, a position as a Costco Roadshow Sales Representative with us is the place for you! We are looking for part-time Sales Representatives who will promote products, share knowledge, and put their selling skills to the test when engaging with consumers.

Hourly Wage:

• $26/hour

Program locations/dates/schedule:

• Schedule Details

Working Conditions:

• Primarily on-site in a retail environment, standing up to 10 hours per day
• May require lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods
• Weekend and evening availability as needed for customer demand

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance on roadshow products
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of roadshow products, educating customers on features and benefits
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs to help them make informed decisions
• Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product value
• Product Demonstrations: Highlight key features through hands-on demos
• Order Processing: Assist customers with checkout processes
• Display Setup & Teardown: Assist with setting up and packing display materials
• Store Maintenance: Keep the display and sales area organized and welcoming

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or sales; familiarity with Costco environment is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with the ability to explain complex product details simply
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
