Join us as a Sales Representative – West Coast Costco Roadshow at Mosaic North America

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting top brands to shoppers excites you, this part-time role as a Costco Roadshow Sales Representative might be perfect for you! Your main responsibilities will include promoting products, sharing knowledge, and engaging with consumers through effective selling techniques.

Compensation and Schedule
  • Hourly Wage: $26/hour
  • Program locations, dates, and schedules can be viewed here.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily on-site in retail environments, standing up to 10 hours per day.
  • May involve lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and extended standing.
  • Availability on weekends and evenings as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable guidance on products.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate understanding of products, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and help them make informed decisions.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective communication and closing skills.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on demos to showcase product features.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with ordering and checkout processes.
  • Display Setup & Takedown: Collaborate with store personnel to set up and dismantle displays.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the display and sales area organized and inviting.
Qualifications
  • Experience in retail or sales; familiarity with Costco environment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Quick learner with the ability to explain complex product details simply.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
