Description

Are you outgoing and enthusiastic about interacting with people? If promoting the best brands to today’s shoppers sounds appealing, a position as a Costco Roadshow Sales Representative with us, is the place for you! We are looking for part-time Sales Representatives who will promote products, share knowledge, and put their selling skills to the test when engaging with consumers.

Hourly Wage:
  • $26/hour
Program locations/dates/schedule:
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily on-site in a retail environment, standing up to 10 hours per day.
  • May require lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
  • Weekend and evening availability as needed for customer demand.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance on specific roadshow products.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of roadshow products, educating and illustrating key features and benefits to consumers.
  • Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, lifestyle requirements, and budget, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Sales Goals: Meet and exceed roadshow sales goals and performance targets by effectively communicating product value and closing sales.
  • Product Demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations highlighting key features and product quality.
  • Order Processing: Guide customers through the order process, filling out the appropriate forms for a smooth checkout experience.
  • Roadshow Display Setup & Teardown: Work with store personnel to locate event materials, set up booths, and assist with teardown and packing after the event.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the display area and sales floor.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail or sales; knowledge of the Costco working environment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to learn and retain product information quickly and explain complex details simply.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
