Job summary

HomeTeam in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a sales-driven Team Member to reach homeowners with our built-in pest control system, generating sales through door-to-door and calls. You will build lasting relationships, explain benefits and prices, and ensure accurate sales documents so Pest Control Techs can delight homeowners.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week, hourly pay plus commission ($60K-$80K annually uncapped), a company vehicle and gas card, a company phone and iPad, comprehensive

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• 40 hour work period weekly.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
