Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts by building strong, trust-based relationships with district stakeholders
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for new sales, renewals, and services to achieve sales targets
- Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline by assessing district needs and maintaining accurate territory data
- Engage with district-level decision-makers through clear communication and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Maintain regular check-ins with districts to support successful implementations and facilitate connections to resources
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the educational sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of educational programs, curriculum, and pedagogy
- Proven success in managing and growing a sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to support customer success
- Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
