Graybar is seeking a Sales Representative in Kansas City to develop relationships with new prospects and maintain existing customers while selling company products and services.

You will build client accounts, answer inquiries promptly, and keep precise customer records, while attending training events and sales meetings. Expect uncapped commissions on top of a base salary and the chance to exceed sales and margin targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant sales experience preferred.
• 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Ability to travel on a limited basis.

Graybar offers a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) reimbursement program to support eligible drivers. This program allows you to choose and drive your own vehicle, rather than a company-assigned car, and your reimbursements can help you build equity in your vehicle over time.
