Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a sales professional in Minnesota to join our Rental organization. In this role, you will work to position our apparel and services to help customers elevate their image and employee programs, while earning base pay plus commissions.

The role offers hands-on training, a clear path for career advancement, and a generous car package including monthly allowance and related benefits. You will be coached to exceed targets and celebrate achievements with the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $60,000 - $150,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
