Vyve Broadband is looking for a Retail Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in Mexia, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in customer service or sales, good multitasking abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.

This role requires troubleshooting customer issues and meeting sales targets while maintaining accurate records. Vyve Broadband offers a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service and/or sales with consumer contact.
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications.
• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service representing Vyve professionally.
• Resolve customer issues, both simple and complex.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Accurately process customer payments and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot service-related problems with customers.
