A leading healthcare company is seeking a Sales Representative to join the TAVI team in the United States. This role includes promoting and selling innovative heart valve therapies and requires strong communication skills and a relevant degree. We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) team covering the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas.The TAVI team are well established and work well as a team, we are excited to bring someone in with a team first mentality to continue our strong culture of collaboration.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Work within and actively promote Medtronic’s mission, corporate strategies, and Code of Conduct
Support TAVI case preparation and coverage in Cath-lab or Hybrid OR
Promote and sell Medtronic’s TAVI solutions in assigned territory to meet/exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians, cath-lab staff, and hospital administrators
Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals
Maintain a high level of technical and clinical knowledge of TAVI procedures and products
Implement market development plans and identify growth opportunities in the region
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Completed Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related courses
0 – 2 years of experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean & English languages
Computer and MS Office proficient
Valid driver’s license
Strong team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to learn
Ability to travel across assigned territory as needed
Relevant Industry / clinical experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)
Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plus
