Job Overview: AS&T, Inc., a leader in residential and commercial security, is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in our security installation services. You'll consult with clients to design customized solutions, managing the sales process from lead to close. As a full-service security and locksmith company, AS&T provides an array of products to fit client budgets, making it easier to close deals and maximize earnings. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, using company resources and self-generated efforts to identify potential clients in residential and commercial markets.
  • Conduct security needs assessments, build estimates, and submit proposals to tailor security solutions that align with each client's specific safety requirements and budget.
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent communication, regular follow-ups, and a customer-first approach.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AS&T's product offerings to provide the best solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular training on new products, industry standards, and sales strategies.
  • Represent AS&T professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in security installations, alarm systems, or related fields.
  • ACE certification or the ability to obtain certification within the first six months.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to create estimates and submit bids.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • High degree of self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards learning new technology and sales methods.
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as needed.
